Santa Clara University is approved by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as a CE Provider for MFT/LCSW (Marriage Family Therapist/Licensed Clinical Social Worker). Provider Number: PCE321

NBCC and BRN Approval

Santa Clara University is approved by the National Board of Certified Counselors to offer continuing education for National Certified Counselors. NBCC approval is limited to the sponsoring organization/individual and does not necessarily imply endorsement or approval of individual offerings. SCU is also a provider approved for contact hours by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider Number CEP2226. NBCC and BRN credit is given only if requested at the time of registration. Workshops that apply to NBCC and BRN renewal are also indicated.

Are grades given for the CPD workshops?

All workshops are graded pass/no pass. Attendance at all designated sessions is required for a passing mark. A grade report is mailed to participants within three weeks of the workshop conclusion.

Are transcripts mailed automatically?

No, transcripts are not mailed automatically. You may request your transcript from the office of Student Records by calling (408) 554-4331. You will need to provide your name social security number, the name and date of your class.
