Tuition and Additional Fees

You may pay all tuition and fees by check or money order (payable to Santa Clara University) or by credit card (VISA, Discover/Novus or MasterCard) Some courses require payment of additional fees to cover costs and special services. Please see course descriptions for specific details.

Tax Deduction of Expenses

Treasury Regulation 1.162-5 permits an income tax deduction for educational expenses (registration fees, cost of travel, meals and lodging) undertaken to (1) maintain or improve skills in one's employment or other trade or business, or (2) meet express requirements of an employer or law imposed as a condition of retention of employment, job status, or rate of compensation.

Are there discounts?

CPD offers a 10% discount to SCU alumni and 10% discount to groups of 5 or more from the same organization (when registration and payment are submitted together).

Is there a refund policy?

You are eligible for a full refund if you call at least 24 hours in advance. You should receive your refund within three weeks after your call. If you call less than 24 hours in advance, your tuition will be credited toward another course.
