LAPTOPS / DATA PROJECTION UNITS
Media Services makes an ongoing effort to provide computers
that meet accepted industry standards. There should be minimal
problems running most software on the computers. Please be
advised that the students setting up the projection equipment
are not familiar with all of the different software packages
and it is the responsibility of the presenter to be thoroughly
familiar with the software you are planning on using.
Laptops available for classroom distribution are equipped
with ethernet cards for access to the campus network.
Laptops are locked at the front desk or podium when they
are delivered by Media Services. We still ask that you
be responsible for the equipment and alert Media Services
if you are canceling a class or ending early - please do not
leave a PC in a classroom or meeting room unattended.
