TECHNICAL SERVICES, REPAIR, and MAINTENANCE
Media Services provides one-on-one training for faculty,
students, and staff using various media equipment or systems
on campus. For a training appointment please contact
Ruth Ellison, x4648, rellison@scu.edu.
Media Services is responsible for maintenance and repair
of audiovisual equipment located in the classrooms.
Please alert Media Services as soon as you aware of equipment
malfunctioning - Ruth Ellison, x4648, rellison@scu.edu.
Media equipment belonging the the University departments
will be repaired when the equipment is brought to Media Services
and the department has authorized charges for parts.
Oftentimes equipment will be sent out for repair off-campus.
Videotape evaluation, cleaning, and erasing is available along
with repair of audio and video tape.
Media Services provides consultation and advice to faculty
and staff concerning equipment selection and facilities planning/design
and utilization, customized fabrication of equipment systems
and facilities, as well as demonstration and instruction in
the operation of equipment.
