Cynthia M. Gamage

Cynthia M. Gamage is Associate Director of the Retail Management Institute at Santa Clara University. She has more than ten years of retailing experience in various merchandising and personnel management positions. 

Prior to joining the Institute in 1982, Ms. Gamage was Director of Executive and College Recruitment for Bullock's. She was also responsible for the development of Bullock's Junior Executive Training Program and for overseeing employee relations for the company's more than 300 executives. 

As Associate Director, Ms. Gamage works closely on industry related events, including coordination of various seminars and conferences both on and off campus. In addition, her responsibilities also involve interaction with the RMI Advisory Board, retail executives and students. 

Ms. Gamage is a graduate of San Jose State University in San Jose, California, where she received a degree in Social Science and Psychology.
