Ms. Gustafson joined the Retail Management Institute in January of 2001 as an Office Coordinator to the Retail Management Institute at Santa Clara University. She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 1999 with a degree in Biological Sciences. Following graduation, Danielle spent the next year working at the College of General Studies at the University of Pittsburgh. Danielle moved to California in 2000 and started working as a recruiter in the Bay Area for the Biotech industry.

Ms. Gustafson works closely with the Director and Associate Director of the Retail Management Institute. She is responsible for coordinating meetings and seminars, maintaining contact information, providing assistance to the Retail Studies program and monitoring the Institute's financial accounts.
