The sessions usually include information on legal counsel on exporting and financial advice on starting up and maintaining a business. The HCC also assists small businesses with the security of loans from the City of San Jose's Revolving Loan Fund and the Enterprise Zone Loan Program, and offers assistance with general business plans.
