Health Insurance is mandatory. Enrollment in an insurance plan, your own or one offered
through the university, is mandated for undergraduate, law* and international students
on F-1 or J-1 visa. Participation in an insurance plan for graduate students is voluntary.
Graduate students can access the Health Center by paying a quarterly fee at the time of
their first visit.
To waive out of the University-sponsored insurance you must complete the waiver form
located at: www.scu.edu/cshc/insurance.cfm
*Insurance plan not mandatory for law students with a signed waiver on file.
