Course Load
Department of EducationA full course load is 9-12 units. With the exception of full-time teacher education students, education students may carry no more than 15 graduate units in a single quarter. During the summer session, students in the Education Department may not carry more than 12 units. To petition exceeding the load limit, a student must gain permission from the Records Coordinator and their academic advisor. Enrollment in Special Education is limited to 9 units in the summer.Department of Counseling PsychologyA full course load is 9 units. Counseling Psychology students may carry no more than 12 graduate units in a single quarter. During the summer session, students in the Department of Counseling Psychology may not carry more than 9 units. |
