LEAD Week Program and Registration Form
Note: Participation in the LEAD Week Program is by invitation only for participants in the LEAD Scholars Program.
Register here for LEAD Week, a one-week intensive academic achievement program that begins a week prior to the start of the Fall quarter. Peer mentors help students move into the residence halls and facilitate activities to help students get to know other LEAD Scholars.
Program activities will include college success seminars, introduction to resources and support services, classroom lectures by faculty, group and individual meetings with faculty advisors, and small group meetings led by peer mentors.
Here is a sample day's schedule:

- To participate in LEAD Week, students must commit to the full week of activities from morning until evening, from Move-in on Sunday, September 14th, through Friday, September 19th, 2008.
- LEAD Scholars who will be living on campus during the academic year will move into their permanent residence halls on Sunday, and commuter students will commute to campus during LEAD Week.
- LEAD Week participants will be pre-enrolled in an English I Composition and Rhetoric course for Fall quarter. The course will appear on the class schedule that you will receive during Summer Orientation.
- English I course will begin during LEAD Week.
- Two CORE requirements (a two-quarter commitment) are reserved for LEAD Scholars: English I and English II.
