The Office of Affirmative Action fosters and insures equal opportunity for all persons involved with Santa Clara University, and serves as a resource office for the entire campus. While an affirmative action program is required by federal law, it is the current goal of the office to support diversity through faculty and staff recruitment. The Office of Affirmative Action is open to different approaches, experiences, and ideas. We welcome your suggestions as a way to support the implementation of diversity initiatives.
