Katie Cole '10Katie is a senior Accounting Major. She came to us from Southern California and chose Santa Clara because she liked the location, the small size and the good business program. Katie's dream job is to be a Wedding Planner! In the Alumni Office Katie describes herself as "Alma's minion" and her favorite part of working here is the opportunity to work Alumni Events. In her free time Katie likes to play board games at the beach. 
Jack Corrigan '10Jack is from Monterey and he is a senior Civil Engineering major. Jack chose Santa Clara because he liked the size, not too big but not too small, thought the campus was beautiful, liked the people and because of the fantastic Engineering program. Jack's dream job is to be a Golf Course Construction Project Manager. In his free time he likes to run, golf, swim, watch sports, and hang with family and friends. In the Alumni Office Jack says his tasks are to move furniture and run errands. His favorite part about working here is the fun events. No Profiles found 
Chris Kelly '10Chris is a senior English major, Spanish minor. Apparently, Chris is unsure why he chose to come to Santa Clara but his dream job is to be Rick Steve's replacement. In his free time Chris enjoys playing sports, reading S. American literature, traveling and trying new foods. In the Alumni Office Chris says he mainly does unconventional office work and answers to Alma. His favorite part about working for the association is working the events, meeting alumni and conversing with his fellow office employees. Joe Nally '10Joe is an accounting major due to graduate in 2010. Joe says he chose Santa Clara because it is simply a family tradition, as he is a fourth generation bronco and as far as he can remember "SCU has been the university of my choice." Joe's dream job would be to own his own company, while in his free time his favorite thing to do is go snowboarding. Within the office Joe works with everone, but mostly with Alma and Maureen. His favorite part about working with the Alumni Association is helping with ampus events. "I get to meet a lot of interesting alums who always have great SCU stories and memories. It rarely feels like work because I always have such a great time." 
Kellie Power '12Kellie is a sophomore Undeclared Business major. Kellie chose Santa Clara because she loved the campus, the smaller student body and class sizes, the Jesuit education, all the different opportunities available, and being close to a big city! Kellie's dream job is to work for a large clothing company or department store. In her free time Kellie's favorite hobbies are playing soccer, watching Grey's Anatomy, and shopping. In the Alumni Office Kellie works for Alma mostly, but she is new to the team so she is not quite sure what her exact position in the office is yet. Kellie's favorite part of working with the Alumni Association is the great people and the "yummy food!" 
Stephen Smoker '09Stephen is a Psychology major and Italian minor, he is graduating this fall. Stephen says originally he did not want to come to Santa Clara because he knew the campus so well, but somehow he ended up coming here anyway. Stephen says he is working towards becoming a Firefighter and during his free time enjoys riding his bike. Since Stephen has worked in the office he has been "Alma's right hand man." His favorite part about working here are the snacks, especially because they are the unhealthy ones Stephen would never buy. |
