1. Where do I check in once I arrive on campus for the reunion?
Visit the newly remodeled Donohoe Alumni House; there, you can pick up your name tag, grab a weekend schedule, and enjoy some refreshments in our Hospitality Room.  Check-in hours will run from Thursday at noon through Saturday afternoon. If you are only coming for one of the school receptions or your class dinner, you can just check in directly at those events.

2. How should I dress for the Grand Reunion Weekend’s activities?
We recommend that you dress comfortably and encourage you to dig out your SCU gear and wear it proudly around campus. The reunion weekend, for the most part, is a casual affair; however, your class dinner Saturday night gives you the opportunity to dress up a bit and wear cocktail attire. ATTENTION LADIES IN 1967, 1972, 1977, 1982 & 1987:  Your Saturday night parties are in tents, and on grass. Therefore, you are encouraged to wear flats or wedge-heeled shoes for your comfort. Friday night’s Wine Tasting Reception will take place on grass as well.

3. Will I need a permit to park on campus? Where will I be able to park?
You will not need a permit to park on campus during reunion weekend. We will have parking direction signs around campus, but the best place to park on Friday is the parking garage. On Saturday and Sunday, you may park anywhere that is not marked as “C, CN or CW”. Please take a look at the campus map for parking lot locations.

4. I’m staying at the Fairmont or the Doubletree; will shuttles be available between my hotel and the campus during reunion weekend?
Regular shuttle service between the hotels and campus will be provided on Friday and Saturday.

5. Will childcare be provided during the weekend?
We are not able to provide childcare during reunion weekend, however listed below are some childcare services that you may want to contact. (Please note: These childcare services are not affiliated with Santa Clara University.)

Bay Area Sitters: 408-452-0225
VIP Babysitting Service: 800-838-2787
Sittercity: 888-748-2489

6. Are special services/accommodations available for people with disabilities?
If you have a disability that requires a reasonable accommodation, please call the Alumni Office at 408-554-6800, 866-554-6800 (toll free), or TTY-California Relay at 800-735-2929 at least 5 days prior to the event.

7. How do I let my classmates know that I’m coming back for the reunion?
After you’ve registered, your name will appear on the “Who’s Coming” list on your class website. The list will be available beginning in early August, and will be updated at least once a week until the reunion.

8. How can I find my friends at the reunion?
Each reunion class will have different colored nametags, so that will make it easier to spot your classmates. Also, the check in area in Donohoe will feature message boards for each class; you will be able to leave notes for classmates to let them know where to find you during the weekend.

9. What if my plans change and I need to cancel my registration?
We sincerely hope that does not happen, but if it does, please call the Alumni Office at 408-554-6800 or 866-554-6800 (toll free) by Friday, September 28 so we can process your cancellation. Refunds will not be given after September 28 due to catering commitments.
