Santa Clara University alumnus Charles (Chuck) Packer, Esq. will present information that is valuable to you in smart estate planning and answer any questions you may have. Topics covered will include the basics of estate planning, how to cope with estate tax uncertainty, how trusts can improve your estate plan, and how to cut taxes today by changing the world tomorrow.

Mr. Packer is a member of the Family Wealth & Tax Planning Department at Hopkins and Carley. He focuses his practice in the areas of strategic planning for high net worth individuals and families through estate, gift, and philanthropic tax planning.

Mr. Packer chairs the Planned Giving Advisory Board at Santa Clara University, is on the board of directors of the International Science & Engineering Fair 2010 Association, is a member of the Jewish Community Endowment Fund's Legal and Tax Professional subcommittee and is involved with numerous other charitable, civic, and professional organizations.

Mr. Packer holds a Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law, a master's degree in business administration from Santa Clara University Graduate School of Business, and a bachelor's degree in social ecology from the University of California, Irvine.
