SCU Alumni return from the 4th Trip to New Orleans
SCU Alumni traveled to New Orleans in mid January to work with St. Bernard Project, a non-profit organization whose mission is to rebuild homes for families who lost everything when Hurricane Katrina hit. Alumni had the opportunity to meet these families who have waited almost five years to move back into their homes. The overwhelming gratitude they expressed to our alumni for working on their homes was heartwarming. Alumni reflected that it was a privilege to help bring a family closer to moving back into their home.
