New Student ReceptionsEvery summer, the Santa Clara University Alumni Association offers incoming freshman and transfer students the opportunity to meet with other incoming students from their local area before they enter the University in the fall. Students and their parents are invited to attend an informal gathering hosted by local alumni and current students. This is a chance for new students to get together and talk with both current students and alumni, who have experienced Santa Clara, and other new students, who may have the similar last minute questions and concerns.
