 | The SCU Alumni Cookbook, also known as "A California Mission Food & Beverage Handbook," compiled and collated by Bob Ciraulo '57, features alumni and student recipe inputs starting with those of the Class of 1937. It includes over 300 outstanding recipes plus amusing anecdotes of our "glorious" years at SCU; even fond memories of the great food served on campus at the Nobili Refectory, our beloved Benson Center, the Maui Hut, or even Becky Villareal's original Bronco Corral.
