Alumni Family ScholarshipThe Alumni Family Scholarship (AFS) was established by the Council of Past Presidents to help families of undergraduate alumni meet the cost of tuition at Santa Clara and continue the tradition of an SCU education. All children and grandchildren of alumni of record applying for entrance to SCU who would like to be considered for these Alumni Association awards should complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) forms from Santa Clara University. Once those are completed they are forwarded to the Alumni Association and automatically reviewed for an AFS grant. No selection is guaranteed, but all applications are encouraged. Primary factors for eligibility, aside from an apparent need, are academic achievement balanced by extracurricular activities while in high school.
