Auxiliary Services

The Auxiliary Services division provides the Santa Clara University community with key elements of campus life. Each unit provides vital non-academic support including housing, dining, ACCESS cards services and course materials.  These essential services enable students, faculty, and staff to focus on academics and campus life.  We strive to be an innovative, socially responsible, customer-centered and financially accountable community builder.

    ACCESS Card Office

    The ACCESS Card Office, located on the main level of the Benson Memorial Center in room 106, issues Santa Clara University’s campus ID card and manages all facets of the ACCESS Card Program.

    Adobe Lodge

    The Adobe Lodge, proudly serves all Santa Clara University faculty and staff and their guests as a daily retreat and cafe. This charming historic lodge is open to the community for hosting special events after cafe hours. We look forward to sharing this hidden gem with you!

    Bronco Corner Bookstore

    The  Bronco Corner Bookstore is located in the Benson Memorial Center directly across from the Shapell Lounge. Bronco Corner provides textbooks, other class materials, school supplies and features SCU logo merchandise, clothes, apparel, and other gear.

    Conference Services

    Conference Services invites reservations and coordinates all residential summer conference and youth camp programs. Conference Services is located in the Benson Memorial Center throughout the academic year.

    Dining Services

    Dining Services provides the campus with a wide variety of on-campus dining and catering options. The on-campus cafes include Marketplace, Mission Bakery, The Bronco, Sunstream Cafe, Cadence Cafe, and Cafe 455.

    On-Campus Living

    The Housing Office, located in Benson Memorial Center room 212, is responsible for undergraduate and graduate student housing on campus. The Housing Office welcomes new and returning students and provides housing applications, contracts, assignments and manages residence hall operations.

    Property Management

    Property Management oversees the leasing of residential accommodations for faculty and staff and commercial properties owned by SCU.  Contact the Property Management Office at (408) 554-4104.
