Auxiliary Services
The Auxiliary Departments are:
Housing Office
The Housing Office, located in Benson Memorial Center, lower level room 2, is responsible for on-campus undergraduate and graduate student housing. The Housing Office manages the housing application and assignment processes, resident communication, and residence hall facility maintenance and renewal.
Dining Services
Dining Services management, located on the lower level of the Benson Memorial Center, is responsible for all dining operations on campus managed by Bon Appetit. Benson Memorial Center dining locations include Market Square, Mission Bakery Cafe, and The Bronco. The Cellar Market, also located in the Benson Memorial Center, is a convenience grocery store. Jump Start Cafe is located behind the Malley Fitness Center on the side of the parking structure and the MBA Cart, operating in the evenings during the week, is located in Kenna Hall.
Campus Bookstore
Located in the Benson Memorial Center complex directly across from the Shapell Lounge, the Campus Bookstore provides text books, other class materials and supplies and features SCU logo merchandise and clothes, general books and gifts.
ACCESS Card Office
The ACCESS Card Office, located on the main level of the Benson Memorial Center, Room 106, issues Santa Clara University's campus ID card and manages all facets of the ACCESS Card Program including the Resident Dining and Dining Plus Plans and Flex Account debit functions, facility access control, and the Off-Campus Merchant Program.
Conference Services
Conference Services accepts reservations and coordinates all residential summer conference and youth camp programs. Conference Services is located in the Benson Memorial Center, Room 213 throughout the academic year and operates from Casa Italiana residence hall during the summer conference season from mid-June through late August.

Vending
Auxiliary Services oversees all food and beverage vending machine services on campus.
Contracts
Auxiliary Services negotiates and manages University contracts with outside vendors providing campus products and service including those requiring exclusive provisions.
