Building Manager


Building Managers (BM) manage the events, staff and daily routines of the Benson Memorial Center and  maintain the appearance of the Benson Memorial Center by picking up trash and straightening rooms and patios. BMs greet clients and provide all A/V equipment. They also problem solve and are a presence in the building. They also manage Customer Service Representatives and Event Associates. The BM leads by example providing quality customer service to the Benson Memorial Center users and clients.

Customer Service Representative


Customer Service Representatives (CSR) assists the users of the Benson Memorial Center at the Information Desk through answering telephones and helping in person. The CSR must provide quality customer service on the phone or in person, anywhere in the facility. They may be asked to assist in the setup of A/V equipment, furniture and postage of signage. Work includes weekdays, mornings and nights as well as weekends.

Event Associate


Event Associates (EA) assist the users of the Benson Memorial Center at the Information Desk through the setup of events. The EA must provide quality customer service in person, anywhere in the facility. They setup events by moving furniture, stages, podiums, tables and chairs. They also assist with the A/V equipment and postage of signage. They also pickup and deliver equipment when needed. Work includes weekdays, mornings and nights as well as weekends.
