JP Ditty is a Vice President at Revolution Partners. Prior to joining Revolution Partners, he was a Vice President at Jefferies Broadview in the Software, Services & Media global practice group. Prior to Jefferies Broadview, Mr. Ditty was the Director of Mergers & Acquisitions for a publicly traded IT services company and earlier worked in the investment banking division at JP Morgan H&Q.
Mr. Ditty has more than nine years of transaction experience and has advised on a wide variety of M&A and financing transactions for public and private technology companies such as Alibris, Allegro, Cyclades, GoRemote, Pictage, Register.com, RF Code, SendMe, Shutterfly, Syntel, Tax Compliance, Inc. and Verimatrix.
He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, a JD from Santa Clara University School of Law and BS in Finance from Santa Clara University.
