Robert Krakauer previously was the President and Chief Financial Officer at Magnachip Semiconductor. He lived in Seoul, Korea for four years to assist in the leveraged buyout of the company from it's founding in 2004. He previously served as the Executive Vice President of Strategic Operations and Chief Financial Officer at ChipPAC, Ltd where he was part of the team that took the company through a leveraged buyout, initial public offering on Nasdaq, subsequent de-leveraging capital transactions and eventual cross border merger with STATS, in Singapore to form STATS ChipPAC. He also worked as the Chief Financial Officer for AlliedSignal's Electronic Materials (now Honeywell), Altera Corporation, and Coopers and Lybrand (Now PWC). He is raising three childeren, with his wife Theresa, in Los Altos Hills, California. He received his B.S.C in Accounting and a Masters in Business Administration with an Operations concentration, both from Santa Clara University. He Currently is the CFO of LifeLock.
