Projected Construction Timeline
After fund-raising for the $48 million project is completed, the University will break ground for the new Business School building near the existing Arts & Sciences building on Palm Drive.
Below is the projected timeline for construction:
| Month 1 | Submit plans to governmental agencies |
| Month 1 through 3 | Site preparation (close parking lots, conduct archeological work, relocate existing utilities, etc) |
| Month 4 | Receive approval on permits |
| Month 6 | Grading begins |
| Month 7 | Foundation slab poured |
| Month 9 | Steel framing begins |
| Month 11 | Enclosure completed |
| Month 12 | Interior work (walls, flooring) |
| Month 16 | Exterior work (landscaping, signage) |
| Month 18 | Move in and activation |
| Month 21 | Opening celebration |
