Stacy Fox, CEP, eBay Inc.
Stacy Fox is a Stock Plan Administrator at eBay Inc. Stacy has worked in the equity compensation field since 1996 when she joined ShareData in the application support department (ShareData was later acquired by E*TRADE). Over the past ten years, Stacy had worked on both the vendor and issuer side at various companies in Silicon Valley. Her job experiences have ranged from managing in-house equity compensation programs to handling complex on-site consulting assignments for various customers. Stacy currently works for eBay Inc. which offers broad based option and ESPP programs to over 12,000 employees. Since receiving her CEP designation from Santa Clara University in 1998, Stacy has volunteered for CEP item writing, question standard setting and curriculum evaluation, and is currently a member of the Curriculum Committee. Stacy has also chaired the Northern California Global Equity Organization (2004 & 2005) and also sat on the SVC NASPP executive committee (2005). Stacy has a BA in psychology from San Jose State University.
