Terry Adamson, CEP, Radford Valuation Services

Terry Adamson has nearly 15 years of benefit and compensation consulting experience. For more than a decade, Terry has focused on all phases of equity compensation valuations, including executive package design; change in control contracts; sabbatical valuations; and employee stock option valuations and ESPPs under FAS 123(R).

Terry is national practice leader for Radford Valuation Services, the equity valuation group of Aon Consulting, managing a team of valuation experts and overseeing quarterly FAS 123(R) accounting valuations. Additionally, Terry consults with clients on issues involving all aspects of a company's benefit and equity programs in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Prior to joining Aon, Terry served as an actuary with The Hay Group.

Terry earned a bachelor of science in mathematics from Georgetown University. He was on the FASB Round Table on Employee Share Options and is an active member of the American Academy of Actuaries Taskforce on stock option valuation. Terry is based in Radnor, PA.
