Biography

 

Brennan Latham, CEP, Vice President, Solutions Architect, Fidelity Investments


As VP, Solutions Architect, Brennan Latham has responsibility for consulting with prospective new clients to analyze their stock plan programs’ product and service needs, and respond to their requests for information about Fidelity’s stock plan services. Prior to this role, he was Director of Implementation Services responsible for transitioning plan sponsor’s equity compensation programs to Fidelity Stock Plan Services.

Prior to joining Fidelity, Brennan held a number of positions at various firms in the stock plan industry including roles at Charles Schwab and Merrill Lynch. In 1998, Brennan worked as a Business Analyst focusing on the European Currency (Euro) transition for Merrill Lynch in London, England.


Brennan holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from Purdue University, and is designated a Certified Equity Professional. He has earned a number of registrations and licenses, including Series 7, 9, 10 & 63. Brennan is also an active member of the National Center for Employee Ownership, National Association of Stock Plan Professionals, Global Equity Organization, and currently sits on the CEP Institute’s Curriculum Committee. He was most recently recognized by Stock & Option Solutions in 2008 with the SOS Excellence Award for his work in the equity compensation industry.
