Dee Crosby, Director
Dee is currently the Director of the Certified Equity Professional Institute (CEPI) at Santa Clara University. She is responsible for the marketing and development of the CEP program, annual CEP Symposium, and the research efforts of the CEPI. Dee coordinates an extensive volunteer base of subject matter experts in defining course curriculum, test development and standard setting, to ensure that the CEP program meets rigorous certification standards. Dee joined the CEPI in 2004 as the Program Manager, and has been instrumental in making the CEP Symposium a premier industry event. Under her leadership, the CEPI recently published GPS| Participant Education and Communication - Case Studies, the latest effort in the Guidance|Procedures|Systems research initiative.
Prior to joining the CEPI, Dee worked in purchasing, quality control, engineering and management at various high tech companies. She has developed and delivered training materials in a multitude of subjects including various SAP modules, purchasing contract review, and many software tools. She received a M.S. in Engineering Management from Santa Clara University and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University. She currently serves on the NASPP Advisory Board and is a member of the Executive Advisory Committee.
