Pam Van Gordon-Ellis, CEP, Solium Capital Ltd., VP and General Manager, US Operations
Pam has been involved in the equity compensation industry for over fifteen years. She is currently the Vice President & General Manager, US Operations for Solium Capital, where she oversees account management and full-service administration functions for the company’s US client base. Prior to joining Solium, she was the Chief Operating Officer at Stock & Option Solutions, Inc. Her background includes compensation and benefits programs, shareholder relations, stock plan administration for global enterprise companies, project management, and corporate services business development with a major outsourcing/brokerage firm.
A Certified Equity Professional, Pam has participated in test development, item review, and standards-setting for the Certified Equity Professional Institute. She served a two-year term on the CEP Curriculum Committee and is a current member of the Certification Council. She is an active member of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals, where she held the positions of Program Committee Chair (2002-2004) and President of the San Francisco Chapter (2004-2007), and is currently the Western Region representative for 10 chapters. Pam is the co-author of “Administering Stock Options” (published by WorldatWork) and has spoken on issues in equity compensation administration at a national level. She has a B.A. in Art History from the University of California, Berkeley.
