To ensure the project meets the needs of the industry, a Board of Review and a Board of Technical Oversight comprised of broad industry representation oversee the research project.  The Board of Review will solicit cooperation and commitment in the industry, identify industry needs, and ensure the publication meets the needs of the industry.  The Board of Technical Oversight will provide a more substantive review of the publication.
