Current Research

The CEPI has launched their third research project, GPS: Global Stock Plans.  This landmark research is the next installment of the GPS: Guidance| Procedures| Systems research initiative. This research provides guidance to U.S. multinational public companies and plan administrators on effectively and efficiently operating equity compensation plans outside of the U.S.  The final publication with public comment incorporated will be available November 2009.
