Andrew Machado

2004 Santa Clara University graduate Andrew Machado is currently the CEO and Founder of Open Home Pro, and has worked Andrew Machadoin web and technology sector for the entirety of his professional career. Founded in May 2010, Open Home Pro was inspired by Andrew’s girlfriend who struggled to collect client information at Open Homes. He realized that real estate agents faced greater issues than merely collecting leads, so he developed an application which allows agents to manage their whole business on an iPad and be dependably informed about leads that have high probabilities of buying. There are now over 16,000 realtors using Open Home Pro and the product was voted “Top 5 iPad applications for Agents” by Inman. 

open-home-proOpen Home Pro enables realtors to collect information about prospective buyers proficiently, and introduces a variety of features built to smooth the home-sales process. New elements include photo slideshows, custom landing pages, filters for leads, email lead management, and integration with social media sites like Facebook and Twitter. With its new user interface, potential buyers are able to sign up without being at an open house location. As a result, this application goes beyond a simple list of homes – it is a vital customer relationship management.
