Colin Barceloux is the founder of BookRenter.com, an early-stage startup in Silicon Valley. Colin is currently acting as CEO where he crafts the strategic direction of the company, manages business development opportunities, and oversees all marketing efforts. Prior to founding BookRenter.com, Colin worked at Google in online advertising and at 24/7 Real Media as a Marketing Manager. He has a BS in Management Information Systems and a Minor in Information Technology from Santa Clara University. He was a member of the Upsilon Pi Epsilon Commuter Science Honor Society and the Order of Omega Leadership Society. Colin is also a member of the Bronco Entrepreneur Team. |  | Ramneek Bhasin, Founder and CEO, Mobio Networks (Panelist) Ramneek Bhasin founded Mobio Networks in 2005. Apart from managing day to day operations, as CEO, he is focused on building Mobio’s partner/channel strategy and most importantly consumer enthusiasm with Mobio’s applications. Most recently, Ramneek was an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Storm Ventures, focused on communications, wireless and internet software. Prior to Storm, Ramneek was CEO and co-founder of Vialto Corp. and successfully led Vialto’s efforts in its acquisition by Cisco Systems Inc. In 1994, Ramneek had co-founded WSB Technologies, a leading SI and Technology Management Consulting firm. Prior to WSB, Ramneek was at Schlumberger VLSI Test Division as Director of Software Strategy. Ramneek has also held various positions at Digital Equipment (DEC) (acquired by Compaq/HP) and Synercom. Ramneek has an MS from Louisiana State Universit and a B.Tech from IIT Kanpur, India. He co-authored US Patent 6,891,932 - "system and methodology for voice activated access to multiple data sources and voice repositories in a single session."

Vineet is a Co-founder and CEO of Egnyte, a self-funded start up in the content collaboration space. Prior to Egnyte, he co-founded and ran Valdero, an enterprise software company offering supply chain visibility solutions to companies in the consumer electronics and hi-tech industries. Valdero was funded by Kleiner Perkins, Mohr Davidow and Trinity Ventures. |  | Sagi Solomon '00, JD '03, Founder and CEO, OpenBottles.com (Panelist) As the founder of OpenBottles, Sagi Solomon is responsible for overseeing the overall business operations and strategy of OpenBottles. Sagi founded OpenBottles in 2005 to offer wine enthusiasts an opportunity to share their wine and winery experiences with a community united by a passion for wine. Since then, OpenBottles has grown into a vibrant wine social network that features information and member-written reviews about thousands of wines and wineries, as well as powerful and easy-to-use tools for managing wine collections.
Sagi earned a Bachelors of Science in Accounting in 2000 from Santa Clara University. In 2003 he received his law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law. Sagi is an active member of the State Bar of California and the Bronco Entrepreuner Team. |  | James C. Chapman MBA '87, JD '87, Partner, Nixon Peabody LLP (Moderator) Mr. Chapman has focused on securities law, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions and international business transactions for the past 20 years. Jim has been involved in over 150 mergers, acquisitions and financing transactions. These transactions have included public offerings, private placements, debt financings, venture capital transactions, stock sales, asset sales, mergers, reorganizations and re-capitalizations. In 2003 through 2006, San Jose Magazine voted Jim as one of Silicon Valley’s top lawyers. In 2004, 2005 and 2006 San Francisco Magazine voted Jim one of Northern California’s “Super Lawyers.”
Mr. Chapman serves on the Santa Clara University Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship's Advisory Board. He is a graduate of the Catholic University of America and received his JD and MBA from Santa Clara University.
