Global Entrepreneurship Week at SCU Nov. 15-21!
Field Trip Friday, Brown Bag Lunch & Learn Seminars, One-On-One business plan/pitch feedback and general startup Q&A, CIE Speaker Series, competitions and more--Join us!
The CIE invites you to join us as we celebrate Global Entrepreneurship Week November 15-21 with a variety of events for students, faculty, staff, and friends of the University including:
- CIE Speaker Series featuring guest speaker Cheryl Breetwor-Evans ('78 MBA)-Wednesday evening
- "State of the Financial Market" brown bag lunch lecture by Katie Taormino-Monday at Noon
- Ethics and the Entrepreneur: Five Ethical Challenges Facing Entrepreneurs, co-sponsored by the Markkula Center for Applied Ethics-Wednesday at Noon
- Two days of office hours for students to receive business plan, pitch and venture feedback in 20-minute, one-on-one sessions (Tuesday & Thursday)
- Field Trip Friday to Plug and Play Tech Center and Hacker DoJo
In addition, we're also pleased to share the following additional events during the week:
- Global Fellows Presentation with Greater San Jose Hispanic Chamber of Commerce
- Women in Business Present Entrepreneur Marketplace
- Undergraduate Santa Clara Entrepreneurs Organization (SCEO) Elevator Pitch Competition
- Graduate Entrepreneurs Connection (EC) present: Internal Venture Capital Investment Competition
