Job description:
We currently have a small team and you will work closely with everyone in the organization on all of your day-to-day tasks. We are looking for someone to help with our daily operations and customer service support team.
Duties will include:
Working within internal technology systems to manage customer accounts, Maintaining excellent customer relations, Answering incoming calls, Responding to customer emails, Social Media Marketing, Management of some website content.
