The CIE offers those enrolled in the Undergraduate Entrepreneurship Program the opportunity to apply new entrepreneurial skills in emerging Silicon Valley startups. A variety of paid and unpaid internships are available throughout the year.
In addition, undergraduate students enrolled in the BUSN 145 Entrepreneurship Practicum course have the opportunity to intern for a quarter at both emerging and established startups. This 2-unit course is available in Fall, Winter and Spring Quarters. Undergraduate students pursuing a Minor in Entrepreneurship will also have an opportunity for a startup internship through MGMT 198E Internship in Entrepreneurship. We are a startup with a radical business model that will create a dramatic shift in the way people use the social networking platform! We are looking for interns that live and breathe social media. Interested candidates should have a deep understanding of the latest trends in marketing and social media. We seek leaders who can demonstrate original and unconventional thinking to lead our efforts! We need social media specialists/evangelists, bloggers and viral marketers (if you ever created a VIRAL video we really do want you!).
Our perfect candidate has the soul of an entrepreneur, is a gadget geek and feels comfortable with business development: marketing, research, analysis and/or strategic planning.
