Malachowsky NVIDIA Co-Founder, NVIDIA Fellow & Senior Vice President of Engineering and Operations Santa Clara’s Global Entrepreneurship Week series of events was headlined by an informative speech and Q&A with Chris Malachowsky ’86, co-founder of the Santa Clara-based visual computing technology leader NVIDIA. Chris Malachowsky has been instrumental in managing, defining, and driving NVIDIA’s core technologies as the company has grown from a startup to a global Fortune 1000 company with a worldwide reputation for engineering and execution excellence. Previously, Mr. Malachowsky held engineering and technical leadership positions at Hewlett-Packard Company and Sun Microsystems, Inc. He is a recognized authority on IC design and methodology and has authored close to 40 patents, most of which relate to his work in graphics. Mr. Malachowsky holds a B.S.E.E. degree from the University of Florida and an M.S.C.S. degree from Santa Clara University.
