CIE Global Entrepreneurship Week Thursday-SCEO/Engineering Social
CIE Presents: SCEO & Engineering Social Featuring Guest Speaker Shawn Lange
7 pm, Forbes Family Conference Center- Lucas 126
The undergraduate student club SCEO and the CIE invite you to an SCEO/Engineering social. Get to know some of the students in the Santa Clara Entrepreneurs Organization as well as School of Engineering students. We'll begin the evening with guest speaker and fellow Bronco Shawn Lange (MS in Mechanical Engineering and a 2011 CAPE alum). Join us for a great evening of conversation and complimentary appetizers.
Shawn Lange is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer at L2F Inc. Prior to L2F, Shawn was the Renewable Energy Industry Marketing Manager for Mitsubishi Electric Automation where he was responsible for leading all sales and marketing efforts in emerging markets like solar and lithium-ion battery production. In this role, he helped numerous companies launch or improve manufacturing operations both in the United States and abroad.
Prior to Mitsubishi Electric, he held various sales and engineering positions at Western Technology Marketing and Electroglas, Inc. Shawn holds both a BS in Electrical Engineering and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University and a MS in Mechanical Engineering from Santa Clara University. He is also a 2011 alumni of the CIE California Program for Entrepreneurship.
L2F helps high-tech innovators move their ideas from concept to production (Lab2Fab) by applying engineering consulting, custome equipment design and build, and manufacturing line integration services.
