Contemplative Leadership and Sustainability (C.L.A.S.P.)

C.L.A.S.P. is a leadership development program that focuses on enhancing one's ability to effectively and authentically lead and increasing one's knowledge on issues related to sustainable development. In a world where the supply of natural resources is decreasing and the competition for access to these resources is increasing, it is important for undergraduate business students to have exposure to the issues in play, especially at a local level.  It is also important that, as future leaders in business, they have opportunities to explore how their values are affected and practice methods that align their behavior with their values.
