Forbes Family Conference Center Room Configurations

Three seating configurations for Forbes are available: standard, square, and theater style.

Set up requests should be submitted at least two weeks in advance of your event. On a few occasions, we might be unable to fulfill your set-up requests due to pre-existing requests and room/staff limitations—we will inform you of such as soon as possible.

Standard 8 square tables 32 seats
Square box style tables 28 - 36 seats
Theater Style 90 black chairs 100 with the addition of 10 white folding chairs
