What's your agenda? Have you thought it through? Is it in writing? Why not? If you don't have your career agenda with your current organization in writing, you are letting too many other people direct your career. Don't do that! The people who get ahead faster are the people who know exactly what they want to accomplish, why, when, and, they push their agenda at every possible opportunity.

In this program you will practice and learn:

  • How to identify the personal agenda that will help you most
  • How to put it in writing to clarify your goals
  • How to push your agenda everywhere you go

Who should attend?

Managers and professionals across all industries and functional areas.
