  • Have you mastered the process of influencing others?

Do you know you can be right on an issue, but wrong in the end because you presented it the wrong way? This three-day program gives you a solid understanding of the many aspects of communicating effectively. Upon completion of the program, attendees will receive a certificate of completion from Santa Clara University.
