Human Resources Leadership is a three day program that redefines what it means to be a Human Resources leader in today's complex business environment. Program participants develop new frameworks to understand their new role as a Human Capital leader, the capabilities required for success in that role, and how their increased leadership capacity can dramatically impact organizational outcomes and competitiveness.

Human Capital, the corporate asset for which HR has traditionally been the steward, is now in the eye of the competitive storm. Talent has been identified as the most important organizational resource over the next twenty years. A window of opportunity has been created for HR leaders to play a new and critical role on their executive team, driving positive business results and market value through human capital excellence.

Engaging in a fast-paced, interactive learning environment, Program participants will:

  • Walk away with a view of key global trends and their implications for the future of work.
  • Replace a more traditional focus on Human Resources activity with new models of Human Capital impact.
  • Understand the new role of the Human Capital leader, including their personal leadership brand and leadership capabilities.
  • Rethink their HR talent pipeline and HR organizational models.
  • Learn how to align Human Capital strategy to business strategy, and how to measure Human Capital Management for optimal business impact.
