In difficult economic times, organizations need to figure out how to do more with less. Often the immediate response is to cut heads, but there are many ways to optimize resources and increase the bottom line. This course will show you how to streamline processes in service, office, and engineering and production environments by 50-100%.

Using the most valued techniques from Six Sigma, Lean and Business Process Improvement, the program will show you how to improve work processes to:

  • Reduce costs
  • Increase process efficiency
  • Increase value to the customer

In this program you will learn:

  • Which process evaluation tools to apply to your work processes
  • How to use specific evaluation techniques
  • A resourcing method which will get you the best results

Who should attend:

  • Managers across all industries and disciplines who want to streamline the organizations work processes
  • Program managers who handle cross functional initiatives
  • Senior managers who want to restructure how work is done in the organization
  • We recommend (but is not required) that you come with a colleague in your area. This program will include several application exercises. You will benefit more with 'two heads' during the program and it's much easier to apply your learning when two of you go back to your organization.
