Refund & Cancellation Policy: All program fees must be received prior to the start of a program.

Cancellation policy and refunds: Cancellations made more than 2 weeks prior to a program will incur a $100 processing fee other than The Leadership Challenge Workshop which will incur a $150 processing fee. For cancellations that occur less than 2 weeks prior to a program, 50% of the program fee will be refunded. If a participant is a no-show for a program, no refund will be given. A full refund will be given in the even the program is canceled.

Substitutions and Rollover policy: Participant substitutions are allowed for all programs other than The Leadership Challenge Workshop (TCLW). Due to the extensive pre-work for TLCW, no substitutions will be allowed and $150 fee will be incurred for each roll over.

For participants who opt to roll into a program scheduled at a later date, a $75 fee will be incurred for each rollover other than The Leadership Challenge Workshop which will incur a $150 processing fee for each roll over. Since program prices are subject to increases, participants who roll to a subsequent program will also be responsible for any price increase.
