Food for Thought: Building a Sustainable Food System

In conjunction with California Certified Organic Farmers (CCOF), the Food and Agribusiness Insistute is pleased to present our first Food for Thought speaker panel of the school year.  Topics include the history of the organics movement, the “Dirty Dozen” campaign targeting the top 12 worst pesticides used in agriculture, and different strategies to build and maintain sustainable food systems.

Bob Scowcroft- founder of the Organic Farming Research Foundation
Monica Moore- founder of Pesticide Action Network
