Amphora Olive Oil will be holding a tasting event, as well as a business overview on what it takes to run such a global, high quality business. Todd Masonis and Cameron Ring, founders and core chocolate makers of the company, will give a special talk explaining the “behind the scenes” aspects of the chocolate business, the process of starting a company from the ground up, and advice for future entrepreneurs.  Following the talk, there will be a tasting of Dandelion Chocolate products.
