Join Santa Clara Univesity’s Food & Agribusiness Institute for an all day excursion through Napa Valley. Meet us in front of Lucas Hall at 8:30 AM on Saturday, October 15 to board the bus that will take us up to wine country. At our first stop, we will tour the Portocork America cork production facility to learn about the business aspects of the cork industry. We will then enjoy a specially prepared lunch at Robert Mondavi Winery. After lunch, Winemaker Richard Arnold will lead a tour of the winery and vineyards and conclude with a wine tasting. We will return at approximately 5:30 PM.
