Sarah is from Westchester, New York, and is still amazed at the beautiful weather and environment California has to offer. During the fall of 2013, Sarah studied abroad on the fall voyage of Semester at Sea. She has also participated in two immersion trips through SCU, one of them with the Food & Agribusiness Institute to Ghana in 2012. Sarah will also be a participant on FAI's upcoming immersion trip to Cuba in September 2014, which will be her second time to the Caribbean island.
