| Graduate Business Career Management Mission |
Graduate Business Career Management offers consulting services, skill development programs, recruiting events, and other resources to facilitate an effective career management and job search process. Students and alumni are encouraged to take advantage of these opportunities to increase marketability by clarifying their career objectives, developing effective resumes, learning job search skills, expanding their social networks, and actively managing their careers in organizations.
Our mission is to:
- Assist students and alumni in identifying their unique skills, values, and interests
- Assist students and alumni in exploring career and academic options to best match their career and life plans
- Educate and coach students and alumni in job search and career management strategies
- Foster a strong liaison role with the academic and business communities to facilitiate the ongoing integration of academics with industry experience
- Promote and maintain positive relationships with employers in the business, industry, nonprofit, government, and educational communities to develop employment opportunities for students and alumni

Graduate Business Career Management Scope of Offerings:
- Career consultation on all aspects of career management and job search strategies
- Career development workshops with sessions inlcuding job search strategy, networking techniques, resume writing, interviewing skills, salary negotiations, and effective career management
- Career fairs and on-campus interviewing schedules Roundtable and panel discussions on relevant career topics
- Access to alumni network contacts in a variety of functions, companies, and industries for informational interviews.
